Adirondack Wildflower

There are so many beautiful little gems all around the fields and forests of the Adirondacks. This is only 1 of many I am inspired to capture their delightful way they “decorate” the ground. These stood out to me with their yellow bells shining so brightly almost looking like they are ready to ring with song. I hope to capture more of the wildflowers and give them that special spot as a companion next to any of the beautiful Adirondack landscape paintings.

I painted this painting using Gamblin Oil Paint on DaVinci 1-5/8″ deep Cradled Panel and varnished with Gamvar, with rich Chestnut Brown stained and polyurethaned sides of the wood edges. It is pre-wired and ready to hang on your wall as soon as you receive it!
