Waiting for the Next Paddle

This scene is one of those special spots anyone vacationing in the Adirondacks is familiar with. I was painting this little scene of canoes and kayaks during the Adirondack Plein Air Festival. They were tucked in by the Black Pond area of Paul Smith’s VIC just waiting for a chance to be taken out for fishing or just enjoying a day out on the water.

I painted using Gamblin Oil paints on archival canvas panel and it is framed in a 3″ wide Black frame. The painting is pre-wired and ready to be hung as soon as you receive it.
