Spring in the Adirondacks is so much fun to paint with the sun glistening on the melting snow and the rush of the water as things come to life after a long cold Winter. I was inspired to paint this scene catching the pastel colors the sun touching the snow as it was melting. The trees seemed to have the slight green glow as the leaves were just starting to pop into view.
I used Gamblin Oil Paint on archival Fredrix Canvas framed in a gold floating frame. It is pre-wired and ready to hang on your wall as soon as you receive it!
