Heron Rookery-Pastel

This is one of the coolest spots in the Adirondacks! Blue Herons come here every year and give us this almost Dr. Suess-like view. (At-least I think so). I just love seeing the herons popping up into view and the babies getting taller in the nests. I wanted to capture the view of this special spot in soft pastel.

I used Sennelier Soft Pastel to paint with on Mi-Teintes Touch Sanded Paper and it is matted and framed in Natural Wood Gallery Frame. I used Non-Glare Acrylite UV protective face so the artwork will not fade and stay bright for many years to enjoy! The painting is pre-wired and ready to hang as soon as you receive it!
