The wonderful scenes of late Summer bring fields and meadows full of hay bales, which are so beautiful in the late afternoon light. I have always been inspired to capture the golden hues almost glistening where the sun touches the edges of the bales. The bright blue skies with the cotton ball clouds just seemed to be dancing above, almost as if it were a choreographed dance. I loved the contrast of the bright skies with the golden colors in the hay bales and meadow wildflowers.
I painted using Gamblin Oil Paint on Archival Fredrix Pro Canvas and varnished in Gamvar. It is framed in a black floating frame. It is pre-wired and ready to hang as soon as you receive it!
